Terms of service for DueKit

DueKit is built to help with pricing clarity, client-ready documents, and low-noise next steps. These terms explain how the current calculator, quote, invoice, workspace, and share workflows may be used.

Last updated: March 31, 2026

Service posture

These terms describe the current DueKit service.
These terms cover the live product: calculators, quote and invoice drafting, local draft recovery, and sender-controlled sharing where released. They do not imply broader accounting, payment-processing, or advisory obligations than the product actually provides.
Using the service

Using the service

These terms cover the live product: calculators, quote and invoice drafting, local draft recovery, and sender-controlled sharing where released. They do not imply broader accounting, payment-processing, or advisory obligations than the product actually provides.

  • DueKit is designed to help freelancers, consultants, and small service teams create and manage client-facing documents faster.
  • Users remain responsible for the accuracy of the business information, pricing, dates, terms, and sender-provided content they publish or export.
  • Share links, saved drafts, and exported documents should be used in line with legitimate business workflows rather than abuse, spam, or impersonation.
Acceptable use

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to impersonate another sender, publish unlawful material, or create misleading client-facing records.
  • Do not probe, scrape, or attack the product in ways that degrade availability, bypass safeguards, or expose other people’s data.
  • Do not treat the service as a guaranteed archive, legal filing system, or substitute for sender-side recordkeeping duties.
Current boundaries

Current boundaries

  • Current export, sharing, and account behavior are limited to the product capabilities shipped in the active release.
  • DueKit does not act as a law firm, accounting firm, or payment processor through these workflow pages.
  • Service limits, safeguards, and availability controls may change when security, abuse prevention, or product stability requires it.
Availability and changes

Availability and changes

  • The service may change, pause, or remove features when stability, security, or abuse prevention requires it.
  • Operational safeguards such as rate limits, auth controls, export restrictions, and share-link rules may be updated when the live product needs them.
  • Continued use after a visible terms update means the user accepts the updated service boundaries.
Trust note

Trust note

  • This page is the current plain-language Terms of Service for the live DueKit product.
  • It does not replace tailored legal advice.
