Support access to shared-document incidents is limited to operational troubleshooting, abuse review, and sender-requested recovery steps.

• Sender-created share snapshots are intentionally read-only and only expose the document content the sender chose to publish.
• Receiver-facing pages should not reveal sender-only draft controls, recovery controls, or unrelated account surfaces.

• Session, audit, and rate-limit records may be kept for operational integrity, abuse prevention, and incident investigation.
• Local browser drafts remain on the sender device until the sender or browser controls clear them. Share snapshots and related server-side records stay tied to the active product behavior and may be removed when retention controls require cleanup.
• Backups, logs, and replacement records may persist for a limited period after user-visible deletion when needed for recovery or incident review.
